Sports Photography (Past and Present)

I’ve been a sports photographer for twenty years.  I’ve worked for The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, Time Magazine, Golf Digest, Golf World, and more.  I’ve shot just about every sport you can think of.

For me, sports is about more than peak action.  It’s about the moments between the competition, the feeling of being a top athelete or rising amateur.  My style in sports, as in travel, food and lifestyle photography, is clean, graphic, modern.

I’ve taken that instinct for capturing the human body in motion, and in times of contemplation, and applied it to travel and tourism photography.  (I still shoot straight-up sports, too!)
